The sdk link goes straight to the Down Load page. I have been using Vulkan 1051,0 and it works too. ( the SDK installs the SDK and the run-time ) Next go to the people who made Vulkan and get the lasted version Right click on each of them and un-install Every one of them. Look in your Control Panel un-installation window.

_-Įverytime AMD installs a new Driver, it also installs a new version of Vulkan. I'm gonna try reinstalling and figuring it out but things are not looking good. Now it won't open at all without crashing. So, I then when into Vulkan and changed the settings per directexperience's video posted above aaaaaaaaand it crashed on restart.
